have a 64 bit version of Windows 7 I am using in my system. I have a ATI Radeon graphic card support. I want to overclock this graphic card for a new game which is lagging in multiplayer. I am not sure about the 64 bit overclocking tools. A friend of mine uses Orthos. Does there is a 64 bit version of this tool available. If yes then where to download the same.
You can try the same on 64 bit version of Windows 7. That works just fine. I had upgraded to Windows 7 64bit from Windows XP some weeks ago. To overclock my processor I was using Orthos before. But now also in my 64 bit version of Windows the same works well. You can simply install the same and overclock your processor. Get the newest version.
I will switch with with Prime 95. This software is used to overclock processor and a 64 bit version of the same is also available. You can push your processor to its limits by this. A module of Benchmark is also proposed. You can search for the 64 bit version of this tool on the official site and download the same. Your system must have enough power to stabilize overclocking.
I would also like to overclock my CPU is an AMD sempron 2800 + on a motherboard K8N (socket 754) and I wanted to know firstly whether these models have precise recommendations and secondly, I read a tutorial on the need to use Prime95 to stress test to check if the settings. I had tried those same on my system and that worked perfectly.
I am using ATITool. It is a utility to significantly improve the performance of graphics cards equipped with ATI. The software determines the frequency of the core and memory card that can withstand difficulties in calculating a 3D scene. The rendering quality is assessed by examining the artifacts visible on the image, which provides a significant performance gain without losing quality.
ATITool monitors the temperature of the components and adjusts the speed of the fans. It is possible to save settings and apply them automatically launch a particular application. You can save your card when you use Windows, and overclock only when playing.ATITool is simply a graphical tool for overclocking the graphics card ATI Radeon.
ATITool is designed to be lightweight and easy to use, ATITool can find the maximum overclock your card displaying a 3D animation and scanning the output to detect possible artifacts. Even if you have an NVidia card, you can benefit from the detection of artifacts and thus use ATITool to complement another overclocking tool. Other features include the ability to remove the bridle of some cards, the management of profiles that start when Windows starts, or detect the use Direct3D or OpenGL.
