I have a brand new LE40B535 and after using one day only and got strong red tint on all HDMI sources. I used to resetting everything, but going there is no any result like that. It is going on with only HDMI, if I turn into off then the HDMI-sources the screen goes perfect black straight away. The PC-input also works properly.
One thing that I suspect has something to do with it, Is that I only have one HDMI cable, but there are two sources (a PS3 with 1080p/i and a set top box with 720p). I have switched the cable between them so many times uncritically today and after doing all this, I got the red tint. I purchased the TV yesterday and when I went for the rest on my bed, it was going well. I am completely blank on HDMI, so it might very well be "human error". But anyone can help me to figure out the suspected problem, would be great for me.

I would suggest you to trying to manage it out. While many televisions can "push" a specific primary color over different (red, blue or green), this is usually not something that should be a 'strong tint'.
You might also found in touch with your retailer and tell him about the scenario. There may be an simple fix that they are aware of. It does not important sound like an HDMI issue- though exchanging the cables might generate a separate result but may be an problem with the set itself. Is it like a sparkly red that flashes lightly on the screen or is everything just pushed red?
I considered on your suggestions and finally got something but still running with some confusions and I need to solve it as soon as you all can available for me. you know it's good that you provide me earlier but I also did a "hard reset" since I posted by holding down [exit] for 15 seconds without luck.
As stated out, this issue was not there yesterday. So if the TV "pushes" one color, it has changed its taste in the last 24 hours. Also, wouldn't that apply to entire inputs, not just HDMI?

I am also running with the same issue on two new (Series 4 and series 5) LCD. As quick as I connect a computer through VGA port I get an significant red tint on entire HDMI ports.I have upgraded firmware and also perform the resetting of entire settings, tried full adjustment, disconnected the VGA connection and issue is going on as well and unable to solve it. The Color is normal across VGA connection. And another problem that I have figured out is that on the series 5 model when the computer is plugged and booted with the TV screen freezes black. The remote still works blind that allows you to change the source to HDMI.

Hello everyone,
Whoever suffering with this problem, Unfortunately, there is not much else I can advice you except to take the support of the Samsung customer service that is close to your region. I am not sure about any workarounds, or what would have caused it.

I am going to provide a little bit suggestion here and I am sure you can solve your issue if you haven't fixed it yet, This is not the actual fix, it is a suggestion and try to apply on your connection and peripherals then after post me what you are getting from there. A heavy tint in a video connection like this usually indicates a loose connection/broken wire.I think, you need to try the same procedure but with the help of another cable. If this doesn't resolve it, the issue is probably generated from the internal sources.
