Athlon 64 2650e overclock

have an old 1.6GHz Athlon 64 cpu, I use the nTune to do the overclocking up to 2GHz. After doing the overclocking for a few hours I tested the temperature and the cpu was cool. So, I am thinking to overclcok it more, but the problem is that nTunes would not overclock it more that this. So, can you suggest me some over clocking software which have more powerful features. Any help is appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I think you should go with SetFSB, SetFSB is a software to change the CPU frequency by using a new value on the FSB of the motherboard. Offering an interface providing access to a quick start, this software more suitable for beginners but also experienced through its multitude of options.

I think you should use SetFSB, it also has an option "Ultra FSB" to increase the FSB beyond its capacity to achieve a very high frequency . Attention however is overclocking, increasing the frequency causes an increase in CPU temperature. Better to have a good cooling system before starting this kind of manipulation.
